Group Bookings
We specialise in catering for group bookings at the Fat Lamb, from Classic Car Clubs to Walking Groups, Family Gatherings to Touring Cyclists. The relaxed homely feel of the hotel and friendly staff makes for a real house party atmosphere, creating a whole range of memorable moments.
Our group discounts are available for parties taking nine or more rooms and are based on a minimum two night dinner, bed and breakfast package. Extra nights are charged pro-rata. Dinner consists of a multi-choice three course meal plus coffee, which changes each evening of your stay. Click here to view a sample menu.
Prices vary according to season and whether mid-week or weekend and are based on two people per room in either double or twin beds. Single rates are 50% of the below with a £45.00 per night single supplement with a maximum of 25% of the rooms booked let as singles. Groups requiring a higher ratio of single rooms should contact reception to request a price.

I would just like to say that the 9 of us from The Austin Healey Club, Yorkshire thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Fat Lamb and were looked after very well by all the staff who had contact with us.
We enjoyed what was a lovely drive and excellent hospitality.

Thank you for the friendly welcome and great service we received last Sunday.
We had completed a long and very wet walk in Bowderdale and turned up at the pub hoping for refreshments. We were very well received and the hot tea and scones were just what we needed.
